If you haven’t found Yellowknife Homestead you’re missing out!!! Currently grilling one of their chickens. I had their turkey for Thanksgiving and it was the best! When Kelly told me she was raising chickens, I didn’t bat an eye. Locally raised and so delicious. - Liz B.
